GOODLY PARENTS

1 Nephi 1:1

Nephi had good parents,

Good parents Nephi had.

Sariah was his Mom,

And Lehi was his Dad.

OFF THEY SKIP

1 Nephi 7:1-4

Off they march to get a wife,

Hee-De Hi-De-Ho.

Off they skip to Ishmael's house,

Lehi's sons do go.

MAN ON THE SEA

1 Nephi 13:10-14

Look, said the angel,

At the man on the sea,

Led by the Spirit,

To fulfill prophecy.

Look at the Gentiles,

The angel did say,

In ships on the waters,

Who will come here one day!

PERFECT STATE

2 Nephi 9:1-13

When my body dies,

My spirit stays alive,

And because of Jesus Christ,

In heaven I'll arrive.

My spirit will await,

'Til I get my body back,

STRIPLING WARRIORS

Alma 56:46-56

Two-thousand stripling warriors,

To battle we did go;

Doubt not, we'd be delivered,

Our Mothers told us so.

Never fought, yet did not fear,

From doubt we did refrain.
